Products purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return through Adivaa.
2. Return & Exchange Process

Once approved, securely pack and ship the item to the address provided.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
