1. Overview

We want you to actually love your bottle. If for any reason you don't, we make returns easy.

  • 30-day no-questions-asked returns from date of delivery
  • Free return shipping across India — we arrange the courier pickup
  • Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned bottle
  • 365-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects (separate from the 30-day return window)

You don't need to send us a sob story. "Doesn't fit my routine" is a valid reason.

2. 30-Day Return Window

The 30-day window begins on the day your order is delivered (date confirmed by courier tracking, not date of order placement).

Used or unused, both are eligible — provided the bottle is in working condition and not physically damaged due to misuse.

Items eligible for return:

  • HydroBeast 1500ml
  • HydroSipr 1000ml
  • HydroMax 300ml (with included accessories — Face Mist, charger, manual)
  • HydroUltra 400ml (with included accessories — charger, pre-filter, pills compartment liner, manual)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Get a Pickup Slot

We'll respond within 24 hours with a courier pickup slot. Pickup is free pan-India. You don't need to drop the package anywhere.

Pack the Bottle

Include all original accessories, charger, manual, and packaging materials. Attach the return label we provide.

Hand to Courier

The courier will collect the package from your address. Get a pickup acknowledgment from them.

Refund Initiated

Once we receive and inspect the bottle (3–5 business days after pickup) we initiate the refund. Bank transfer takes a further 2–5 days.

4. Refund Processing

For prepaid orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking / EMI): Refund credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt.

For COD orders: Refund issued via NEFT/IMPS to a bank account you provide. We collect bank details over WhatsApp once the return is approved. NEFT is processed within 3–5 business days of return receipt.

For EMI orders: The refund is processed back to the issuing bank, which reverses the EMI schedule. Any EMI already paid before refund will be auto-adjusted in upcoming bills by the bank.

Important For prepaid orders, refund timeline depends partly on your bank's processing speed. We initiate the refund within our 5–7 day window, but actual credit to your account may take an additional 2–5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Return requested after the 30-day window has expired
  • Bottle is physically damaged due to drops, force, or misuse
  • Water damage from using hot water (above 40°C) — damages the PEM membrane and voids return eligibility
  • Unit has been opened, modified, or tampered with — including unauthorised opening of the electrolysis chamber
  • Missing accessories or original packaging that we shipped with the order
  • Promotional / free items (e.g., Hydrogen Face Mist with HydroMax) returned alone — only returnable as part of the main bottle return

If a returned bottle does not meet return criteria, we will notify you and ship it back free of charge.

6. 365-Day Warranty

Every Adivaa bottle is covered by a 365-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects — separate from the 30-day return window.

What's covered:

  • Bottle body manufacturing defects (cracks, leakage from sealed seams)
  • Electrolysis chamber malfunction (no PPB output despite full charge)
  • Battery defects (won't charge, doesn't hold charge for stated cycles)
  • Charging port / electronics failure
  • Touch screen failures (HydroUltra)

What's NOT covered:

  • Physical damage from drops, falls, or impact
  • Water damage from hot water input
  • Wear-and-tear of consumable parts (rubber gaskets, sip tube, USB-C cable)
  • Cosmetic scratches on the body
  • Damage from unauthorized opening

Warranty replacement: WhatsApp us with your order number and a 10–15 second video of the defect. We diagnose remotely and either guide a fix or ship a replacement, free of cost, within 5–7 days of issue confirmation.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange one Adivaa bottle for another (e.g., HydroSipr for HydroBeast), the cleanest method is:

  • Initiate a return on the bottle you have
  • Once the refund is processed, place a new order for the bottle you want
  • If there's a price difference, you pay or receive only the difference

Direct swap exchanges (without refund) are possible if you contact us via WhatsApp — but the return-and-reorder method is faster and cleaner in most cases.
