Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE pan-India on every order, with no minimum order value. We absorb the cost. No charges added at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply depending on the courier and pincode. This is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders confirmed via prepaid payment are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation call.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays. Major Indian public holidays (Diwali, Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, etc.) may add 1-2 days to dispatch.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location. Tracking link sent via WhatsApp once your order ships.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- An SMS with the tracking link
- A WhatsApp message at your registered number with tracking + ETA
- An email (if email provided at checkout)
You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page. Use your order number and registered phone number / email.
Our courier partners include Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post — chosen based on which has fastest service to your specific pincode.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in select pincodes — typically tier-1 and most tier-2 cities. The system checks your pincode at checkout and shows COD as an option only if available.
For COD orders:
- A confirmation call is made within 24 hours of order placement
- Dispatch happens after call confirmation
- A small COD handling fee may apply (shown at checkout)
- Payment in cash to the courier on delivery
- UPI/QR payment on delivery is also supported by most courier partners
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no extra charge
- If the order has already been dispatched, address changes are possible only if the courier permits — contact us immediately and we'll try our best
7. Failed Delivery / RTO
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
- The courier typically attempts 2–3 deliveries before returning the package
- For COD orders that are refused on delivery, future orders from the same address may require prepaid payment only
- For prepaid orders that are returned undelivered (RTO), we will issue a full refund within 7 business days of receiving the package back, OR re-ship to a corrected address (you choose)
8. International Shipping
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap.
If you're outside India and want to order, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7065013838 — we sometimes arrange courier shipments to UAE, Singapore, the UK, and the US on a case-by-case basis. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility for international orders.
